Galvanized Reno pads are actually metal mesh structures woven from zinc-aluminum alloy steel wires, with a mesh height between 0.17 and 0.3 meters. The zinc content in this material exceeds 200 grams, and the aluminum content is between 4.6% and 9.8%. Compared with traditional pure galvanized materials, its corrosion resistance has been increased by more than three times, showing excellent corrosion resistance. At the same time, its tensile strength is not less than 400Mpa, and it can withstand the surrounding and tortuosity detection under strong deformation technology. It has excellent surface treatment effect, superior machining performance, and cold processing performance close to lead brass. It is cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Experimental verification shows that its corrosion resistance can last for more than 50 years.
